Strategic initiatives are collections of finite duration discretionary projects and programs, outside of the Center’s day to day operational activities that are designed to provide important benefits to the stakeholders and China and to help the Center achieve its targeted performance

Currently in development are projects such as:

• Developing a Children’s Theme Park

• Developing an Early Child Development training facility

• Developing a museum to house returning transitional art to China

• Developing an Institute for the Enhancement of Foreign Relations
