The objective is to promote Chinese school age students to attend high schools and colleges in the United States.
The Center will assist students with school selection, admission application, obtaining visas and travel requirements as well as settlement and adjustment issues in the U.S.

In addition the Center collaborates with the 500 community college member League for Innovation in the Community College making it possible for the student to selection any of these colleges throughout the United States for attendance.
In addition to developing a high school diploma and/or a university degree, this institute also has two other programs:

A summer camp experience in Minnesota for high school students

A summer internship in Washington, DC
